2025 CFFF National Championships Schedule

Everything you need to know in regards to the event schedule for the upcoming 2025 Canadian Functional Fitness National Championships.

As far as we know, this is the first time anyone has attempted to host the same event on opposite sides of the country with a shared leaderboard. Our goal was to bring back an in person National Championships (for the first time since COVD), while trying to minimize athlete travel costs and still ensuring the best athletes from anywhere in Canada earn their chance to represent team Canada at the IF3 World Championships (rather than East vs West). In building out our schedules across 2 different locations we wanted to ensure things were fair, that divisions maintained a similar amount of rest between workouts, and so on. Though it’s not perfect, after a lot of feedback and revamping we’ve put together a pretty awesome schedule for the over 110 athletes competing across 28 divisions and 2 locations.

Here’s everything you need to know…

Coaches & Spectator Tickets

In order to come and support the athletes all that we ask is you fill in our contact form at the entrance of either venue. Spectator fees will be by donation, with a recommend donation of $15 OR by purchasing an Athlete Annual Membership to help us increase our presence for Sport Canada. As a not for profit governing body, 100% of profits from this event, our membership fees, and all other dues collected go back to supporting our athletes.

The check-in sheet will ask for your full name, email address, and role. We will NOT be taking payments at the event, and instead will send a follow up email after requesting donations or the purchase of a membership if you haven’t already.

Coaches will have access to their athletes as needed, but are requested to stay off of the workout or warmup floor (you will have access your athletes from the sides). For all other questions, please see the FAQ on www.cfff.fit/nationals. If the answers is not there feel free to contact us.

Athlete Heats & Competition Schedule

We encourage all athletes to download the Circle21 App and utilize it throughout the weekend. Your heats, warmup times, etc will automatically update there and it will show times based on your timezone/location. For spectators or those without the circle21 app we have provided an export of the heats via gdoc(all heat times are in PST- it will not be updated with any changes after 07.16).

Please note, the below schedules are subject to change. Any adjustments or updates will be provided to athletes via the circle21 app notifications.
